Domestic Returns
We currently do not offer exchanges. To request a return, please contact our customer service and place a new order.
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

Return requests are made within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be sealed, unused, and in the original condition.

Any free gifts included with the order must be returned.

You must contact customer service in advance to receive return confirmation.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@lumegance.com. If your return is approved, weβll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process:

Contact customer service to request a return.

A return label will be emailed to you.

Print the label and bring it to a USPS center to send back your package.

Once the package is received and inspected, weβll process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs:

Orders under $60 β The return label cost and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Orders over $60 β The return label cost and the waived original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Returns β A $6.99 return shipping fee (may vary by region) will apply.

Damages or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To process your claim, we require:

A photo of the exterior packaging with the visible tracking number.

A photo of all items inside the original packaging.

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Failure to provide the required photos may result in no compensation. Please take the pictures before discarding the packaging.
Refunds
Once weβve received and inspected your return, weβll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, youβll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
International Orders
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@lumegance.com with:
