Shipping Details

We use USPS for domestic shipping, and delivery times vary by location.

On average, orders are delivered within 6–7 business days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may cause shipping delays.

For U.S. residents, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.

Shipping rates may vary for specific regions such as Hawaii and Alaska.

Free shipping is available on orders over $60.

Please provide a complete and accurate physical address (including street number, apartment or building number, and zip code).

USPS does not deliver to PO Box, FPO, DPO, or APO addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

A refund will be issued after deducting return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at support@lumegance.com as soon as possible.

If the order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to modify the shipping details or issue a refund.
